I delightfully announce I just received the 41st Kimura Ihei Award, for my first monograph MONUMENTS (PGI, 2015)!
I wish to express my warmest thanks to my friends and everyone who have been continuously supported and encouraged me.
Facing current retrogression of the freedom of expression in Japan, I continue working harder than before together with my dearest friends, in search of a new language of art, for our contemporaries and also for the future generations.

初の単著『MONUMENTS』に対する評価をいただき、この度、第41回木村伊兵衛写真賞を受賞いたしました。
これまで活動を支え励ましてくださった全ての方々に、心から御礼申し上げます。
表現の自由が退行する日本の現状ですが、同世代と私たちにつづく新しい世代のために、芸術の新しい言葉を模索すべく、大切な友人たちとともに、これからも緊張感を持って闘っていきたいと思います。
